Maklenn is dedicated to providing the highest quality luxury anime streetwear. Because every item is uniquely made-to-order specifically for you through our print provider, we do not offer returns or exchanges if you order the wrong size, color, or simply change your mind.
Please refer strictly to the sizing chart on the product page before placing your order to ensure the perfect streetwear fit.
Damaged or Defective Items
Your satisfaction is our priority. In the rare case that your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective due to a manufacturing error, we will happily offer a free replacement or a full refund.
To submit a claim for a defective item:
- Contact us within 30 days of the product delivery date.
- Include your order number and a clear photo showing the defect/damage.
- Our team will review the issue with our print provider and immediately process your replacement or refund.
Lost in Transit
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will cover the costs of shipping a replacement order for you.
