1. Overview

This website is operated by Maklenn.

Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Maklenn.

By visiting our website, creating an account, placing an order, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies referenced within them.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

2. Store Information

Maklenn operates an online apparel and streetwear store from India.

3. Products and Made-to-Order Fulfillment

Many Maklenn products are produced on demand through third-party fulfillment and printing partners.

Product availability, colors, sizes, materials, fulfillment locations, and other specifications may change.

We make reasonable efforts to display product images and colors accurately, but actual colors can vary depending on device displays, production batches, garment materials, and printing processes.

Minor production variations that do not materially affect the intended product may occur.

4. Product Information

Customers are responsible for reviewing:

product descriptions,
size charts,
available colors,
product variants,
pricing, and
shipping information

before completing an order.

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in product information, pricing, promotions, availability, or other store content.

5. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

We may cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

suspected fraud,
payment failure,
inventory or production limitations,
pricing or technical errors,
shipping restrictions, or
legal or compliance requirements.

If we cancel an order after receiving payment and no product is supplied, the appropriate amount will be refunded.

6. Order Changes and Cancellations

Because products may enter production shortly after purchase, customers should contact us immediately regarding cancellations, address corrections, or order changes.

Changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after production begins.

7. Prices and Payments

Prices may change without notice.

Applicable taxes, shipping fees, import duties, or other charges may be calculated separately depending on the customer's location and checkout configuration.

Payments are processed through Shopify and available third-party payment providers.

Maklenn does not directly store full payment-card details where those details are processed securely by authorized payment providers.

8. Shipping

Production and delivery times are estimates unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, supply interruptions, fulfillment delays, or events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

9. Returns, Refunds and Replacements

Returns, refunds, replacements, cancellations, and defective-product claims are governed by our Return, Refund and Replacement Policy and applicable consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory legal rights available to a customer.

10. Intellectual Property

The Maklenn name, branding, website layout, original written content, original photography, and other original materials belonging to Maklenn may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without permission except where permitted by law.

Third-party trademarks, character names, series names, artwork, logos, or other intellectual property referenced on the site remain the property of their respective rights holders where applicable.

No product should be understood as officially licensed, sponsored, endorsed, or affiliated with a third-party rights holder unless that status is expressly and accurately stated on the relevant product page.

11. Prohibited Use

You may not use the website:

for unlawful purposes;
to commit fraud;
to interfere with website security;
to transmit malicious software;
to scrape or misuse personal information;
to infringe intellectual-property rights; or
to engage in activity that violates applicable law.

Our store may rely on third parties including Shopify, fulfillment providers, payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics providers, advertising platforms, and other technology services.

We are not responsible for independent third-party services beyond the extent required by applicable law.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Maklenn will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products.

This section does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

14. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances reasonably outside our control, including natural disasters, war, government restrictions, carrier disruptions, strikes, customs delays, major internet outages, or supply-chain interruptions.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection laws or rights that apply in the customer's country or jurisdiction and cannot legally be waived.
