Refund policy

Effective Date: August 1, 2026

At Maklenn, every product is made to order specifically for each customer. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as changing your mind or ordering the wrong size.

We encourage all customers to carefully review the product description and size chart before placing an order.

Eligible for a Replacement or Refund

If your order arrives with any of the following issues, we'll be happy to help:

You received the wrong item.
Your item arrived damaged.
Your item has a manufacturing defect.
Your order is significantly different from what you purchased.

To request a replacement or refund, please email maklenn.co@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

Your Order Number
Your Full Name
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos of the product and, if possible, the packaging

Items That Are Not Eligible

We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:

Incorrect size selected by the customer
Change of mind
Personal preference
Incorrect shipping address provided during checkout
Minor color differences caused by different screen settings
Normal manufacturing variations such as print placement or a size tolerance of approximately 1–3 cm

Refund Process

If your claim is approved:

Your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing times depend on your payment provider or bank.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by Maklenn.
